JEEMAN – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jeeman, a digital platform designed to help users connect with trusted vendors, discover events, access cultural and religious services, and interact within a verified community ecosystem. By accessing or using the Jeeman application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Jeeman application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to access the platform. For matrimonial or relationship-related services, the minimum legal age is 18 years for girls and 21 years for boys. Users who do not meet these requirements are not permitted to create accounts.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Mobile number verification may be required through OTP authentication. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Platform Services

Jeeman provides services such as vendor discovery, event management, matrimonial connections, and community-based interactions.

5. Vendor Marketplace

Jeeman acts as a digital marketplace connecting users with independent vendors such as caterers, photographers, pandits, tent house, decorators, event planners, and religious advisors. Jeeman does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by third-party vendors.

6. Payments and Transactions

Jeeman currently does not process payments within the application. The platform serves only as a digital marketplace that helps users discover and connect with vendors and service providers. Any payment or financial transaction related to services is conducted directly between the user and the vendor outside the Jeeman platform. Jeeman is not responsible for payment disputes, service charges, or financial agreements between users and vendors.

RSVP and Event Registration

Users may register or confirm their attendance for events through the RSVP feature available on the Jeeman application. Once a user confirms attendance by selecting the RSVP  option, the booking will be recorded as a confirmed attendee for that event. At present, the Jeeman platform does not provide a cancellation option after an RSVP booking is confirmed. Users are therefore advised to confirm their participation carefully before completing the RSVP process.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in illegal activities, provide false information, harass other users, or misuse the platform.

8. Content and Information

Users may upload content such as profiles, event details, and vendor information. By submitting content, users grant Jeeman permission to display the content within the platform.

9. AI-Based Services

Jeeman may use AI-powered tools to provide recommendations and compatibility insights. These insights are advisory in nature.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may contain links to third-party services. Jeeman is not responsible for external platforms or their policies.

11. Account Termination

Jeeman reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

Jeeman provides services on an 'as available' basis and is not responsible for vendor outcomes, user disputes, or interruptions in service.

13. Changes to Terms

Jeeman may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
